“This is one of the best places in North America to see winter birds of prey," says Bud Anderson, raptor biologist. Bud will be talking about our area's birds of prey on Thursday, December 7, 2017, 7:00 - 8:30 pm at the Bellingham Central Library (lower level). This is a free event and open to the public.

Introduction to Hawks of the Skagit

2018 Winter Raptor Classes

Join Bud Anderson of the Falcon Research Group for a five session class, “Hawk Watching in Western Washington”.  The class focuses on identifying characteristics, behavior and life cycles of the raptors that winter in Western Washington. For registration information, click link below.
